Online Return & Exchange Policy

Standard Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be brand new, unused, and in their original unopened packaging.
To maintain fairness and secondary market value, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges on opened Aureate Cards, blind packs, or mystery envelopes unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
Damaged or Wrong Items
- If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@thestalwarrior.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can process a replacement or refund immediately.
- If you received an item different from what you ordered, keep the item sealed and notify us within 48 hours for an immediate correction.
Shipping & Refunds
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.
